I have been in the accounting and office administration field for over 27 years. I have been with Marz for 10 years now and in that time Marz has sent the office staff as well as their technicians to continuous training for HVAC. I love working with the employees of Marz as well as our diverse customers. I have two Rottweilers that are spoiled and loving. I like spending time camping, off-roading, and recently started to travel.

I have been in Arizona my whole life and coming from a family of Tradesmen, I have been exposed to a multitude of Trades. I have worked as an HVAC service technician for 9 years with Marz. I take much pride in the work and believe that every client should be respected and given options. Further Education includes EPA certifications for universal levels of sections 608 and 609 for refrigerant transition and recovery, Master technician certificate and my High School Diploma. When I’m not servicing HVAC systems or working on my success. I enjoy boating, riding & relaxing.

Hi my name is Ripli and I am the office mascot. I have been with the company since I was 8 weeks old and love working beside the office staff. I also go to trade shows and walk in the company parades. My hobbies are chasing after rabbits, going for rides, camping, and shredding paper and napkins, but most of all I love my humans.
